Rule Summary Report
The Rule Summary report counts the number of accounts for which each rule fired within a range of dates specified by the user. Each row in the report contains statistics about a fired rule.
This report provides managers and supervisors information on how efficiently certain rules are working. If certain rules affect many accounts, customers, or services, you may want to investigate why this is happening and whether the rules should be rewritten to perform better.
