Tracking Rule Performance
You can track the performance of individual rules in a ruleset.
A rule is tracked by sending the executed response data to the Automated Decision Table in the database. If a specific rule makes several decisions, each decision that is made is logged in the table.
Check the database table to see if the rule is executing on the appropriate transactions and depending on the rule, to verify that it is creating a workable volume of cases to handle.
![]() | Important: Track Decisions impacts the system performance and should only be enabled on rules that have a need for performance data. Enabling global tracking for hundreds of rules affects the performance of the server. You can benefit from tracking some rules more than others, for example, case creation rules are a good subset of rules to track.
