Global Tenant Permissions
These permissions are only used for the global tenant (FI_GBL_TENANT).
They are all applied by default to the Expert Rule Administrator role.

| Expert Global Tenant Configuration - View | Access to the Configure Tenants page. |
| Expert Global Tenant Configuration - Update | Ability to Save changes to the selected tenants. |
| Expert Global Rule Dashboard - View | Access to the Global Rules Dashboard page. |
| Expert Global Rule - Apply | Ability to use the Apply Assignments button and the edit assignments links. |
| Expert Global Rule - Deploy | Access to the Deploy Rules tab and the ability to deploy rules per tenant. |
