Rule Evaluation Sequence

Rule evaluation follows these steps:

1. The authorization system sends the transaction to the Scoring Server.
2. The transaction and the score results are passed to the Rule Engine.
3. In the Rule Engine, the UDV calculation rules are executed first.
4. Then the Decision rules for the data feed are executed.
5. After the appropriate data feed rules are evaluated, then the Crossfeed rules are executed.
