Apply Rules to Tenants

  1. Verify that the appropriate rules have been assigned to the correct tenants.
    Important: Applying any rule to a tenant will replace any and all existing rules for that tenant.
  2. Click Apply Assignments.
    You may see messages that list items that are not approved or that contain items that are not approved. This list may include decision rulesets, UDV calculation rulesets, tracking management projects, or UDV/UDP management items. Individual unapproved rules are not listed, but the rulesets that contain them are listed. If you receive such a message, you must cancel the rule assignment and resolve all unapproved changes or deletions.
    The repository will be updated with all the global rules. All the UDV calculation rules for the projects associated with each rule will also be updated in the repository for each applicable tenant.
    Important: Applying global rules will also remove any project from that tenant that does not have a rule associated with it.
