Approving or Rejecting Rules and Rulesets
Rules and rulesets that have been changed and submitted for approval must be reviewed and approved before they are eligible for deployment. The ability to approve rules is determined by roles and permissions assigned in the
Case Manager.
Rules or rulesets with a workflow status of
Approval Requested can be approved or rejected either from the
Approver Activity List in the
Review
pane or from the
Explore pane.

If more than one person in your organization has the ability to approve rules and rulesets, make sure that only one person is approving rules and rulesets at a time.
