Submitting a Rule or Ruleset for Approval
New or modified rules must be reviewed and approved before they are eligible for deployment. Rulesets that have been modified by the addition or deletion of a rule or by reordering of the rules in the ruleset must also be reviewed and approved.
Rules or rulesets with a workflow status of In Progress can be submitted for approval either from the Author Activity List in the Review pane or from the Explore pane.
