Data Dictionary

All of the data that comes through Falcon can ultimately be used in case creation. Some data feeds, such as AIS, BIS, and CIS, do not include the service (PAN). So, they are not processed by the model and cannot be used in case creation. However, the fields in these data feeds can be used to update UDVs, which can be used in decision rules that create cases.

The data dictionary in the online help lists the fields that can be used in UDVCalculationRuleset rules and Decision Ruleset rules. This section of the online help is useful for determining what fields Falcon can process. Refer to your data mapping document for a subset of these data feeds and their corresponding fields that your site actually processes.

The following sections provide field definitions for all fields in each data feed.
